Honor Your Loved Ones with a Special TributeThis Advent season, we invite you to commemorate your family or loved one with a beautiful Christmas wreath at the Colombiere Jesuit Community. Each 22-inch Balsam fir wreath will feature the name of your loved one on a stitched red bow, symbolizing your connection with the Jesuits of the USA East Province. These names will also be remembered in our prayers during the Christmas Novena, providing a heartfelt way to honor your loved ones during this joyous time. Additionally, you and a guest will be invited to a special Mass and Christmas celebration on December 5th. At Mass we will pray for all wreath intentions followed with a Christmas Celebration that will include viewing the wreaths for the first time.
Celebrate the Season with Meaningful Traditions
Christmas trees and wreaths are cherished symbols of the holiday season, celebrating the birth of Jesus and God's everlasting love. Each element of our festive decorations holds special significance:
Evergreen: A symbol of eternal life.
Star: Represents the Star of Bethlehem that guided the Wise Men.
Lights: Symbolize Jesus as the Divine Light.
Gift Bow: Reflects our commitment to everlasting goodwill.
Candy Cane: The Shepherd's crook that brings back lost sheep.
Wreath: Symbolizes God's eternal love for all faithful persons.
Support Our Mission
By participating in this meaningful tradition, you provide essential financial support for our Jesuit ministries. We are deeply grateful to the families who contribute each year, enabling us to continue our important work.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
